Your body is doing incredible things, Goddess. You deserve to be treated as such.

Package Breakdown

Free Consultation

This is our opportunity to get to know one another. Your doula will share one of the most intimate times in your life with you, so it’s important that you feel comfortable and get on well with whoever you choose.

We’ll spend around 45 minutes discussing where you and your partner (if applicable) are in your journey, what you’re hoping to achieve by having a doula and how I can support this. The floor is yours to ask any questions and share your thoughts.

This appointment can be arranged via Zoom or over the phone; whatever suits you best.

Antenatal Education

I recognise that you are an expert in knowing your body and the importance of feeling safe and respected throughout your pregnancy. These sessions are great for cultivating our relationship and preparing you for labour. Together we’ll co-create your ideal birth plan, explore your options, build your confidence, and develop systems to support both you and your birth partner throughout your labour and delivery.

The space is non-judgemental and supportive of whatever you bring to it. Feel free to laugh, cry and share the full spectrum of your thoughts and emotions.

Relationship Building

We’ll be working closely together as part of a team, so it’s important that we find time to cultivate our relationship and build trust. Throughout your pregnancy, we can talk, text, meet for food, walk, and enjoy in-person bonding time. By learning who you are and what you like, I can better support you. And by spending time with me, as you would a loved one, you’ll receive the benefits that consistent care has on birth outcomes for all involved.

On Call From Week 38

You are my priority from week 38. Feel free to call or message me at any hour to ask questions, top up your love tank or just talk. When you go into labour and request my assistance, I will stop what I’m doing to be with you.

Birth & Labour Support

By now, we’ll have established a comfortable relationship. As you step into your ability to birth with power and confidence, I’ll hold safe space for both you and your birth partner. As a team, we’ll honour how you’d like to be supported, and I will advocate for your needs and wishes. My presence will serve as a calm, comforting (and often silent) reminder that you are in control and can give birth on your terms.

Postpartum Care

With baby now here, you are invited to rest. You’ve done an incredible job and deserve to be celebrated from the comfort of your favourite resting place. For the next few days (or as long as you desire), I’ll continue to offer physical, emotional and informational support while you bond with baby and recover. Hungry? I’ll cook. Still learning? Let’s do it together. Want to talk? I’m all ears.
